While we do allow exchanges, please note that our return policy states that returned items are ideally refunded, and a new order must be created for the required tools. This is especially applicable if the store receiving the return is not the same store that supplied the original order. If, however, you do return the item to the same store that supplied the order, the store can arrange an exchange as long as it is approved by the store manager, and you agree to be charged the price difference, if any. It is important to note that certain items, such as clearance items, promotional items, and custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
