In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you must contact the store that fulfilled your order.
Store details can be found on your order confirmation and despatch email.

Please advise whether you believe the items were damaged in transit, or sent damaged. You may also refer to our Returns Policy:
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If the damage is only found upon unpacking then please contact the store that fulfilled your order as soon as possible. Store contact details can be found on your order confirmation email. They will then arrange for the goods to be collected and a refund or a replacement item sent out to you. Alternatively please take the items to your nearest store where they will be able to help you.
Once the Contact Us Form is submitted, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the email address you've input in the form so please ensure that you input the correct email address. After receiving the acknowledgment email, please respond with a photo of the damage and how the order was packaged.
When a contact us form is submitted, a ticket will be automatically lodged to Online Support who will then coordinate with the store and courier that sent out your order.
