How to Price Match?
Visit any Total Tools store or contact our online team here with proof of a lower price (e.g., a printout or website link). If the product meets our Terms & Conditions, we’ll match the price!
The quickest way to request a price match is to go directly to the product page.
By clicking the "Price Match" button, you will be redirected to our Help Centre.
Simply fill out the form.
Once submitted, our online support team will verify the request. If it meets our Terms & Conditions, we’ll honour the price match and provide you with a discount voucher code to use.
How do I use an approved price match code?
Simply proceed with the online order, and add the provided discount voucher code to your checkout cart and hit "Apply"
Please note the online voucher code can only be used once, at the start of the checkout process.

How It Works
- Show us proof of the lower price (advertisement, website link, or catalogue) before you buy, in store or online.
- The product must be identical (i.e. same brand, model and specifications).
- The product must be in stock at both Total Tools and the competitor.
- The competitor must be an authorised Australian dealer with a physical retail store.
- The lower price must be available to the general public.
- Price matches must be approved before purchase.
- Limit of one price match per customer per day.
What We Price Match
- Advertised prices from Australian retail stores for identical, in-stock items.
- Promotional prices (e.g. catalogue specials or % off sales).
- The total price, including taxes and delivery where applicable*.
Keeping Price Matching Fair
A fair deal for you. A fair comparison for us. We don't price match;
- Prices from online-only sellers or marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay).
- Prices that rely on membership, loyalty, trade status, bulk purchasing, special negotiation, coupons, rewards points or other conditional incentives
- Clearance, liquidation, auction, refurbished, ex-demonstration or damaged stock.
- Genuine mistakes in competitor advertising.
- Prices below our cost price.
- Festool or Fein products (due to ACCC authorisation of pricing restrictions)
- Prices advertised in a different Australian state or territory.
*Where the competitor store is more than 50km away, delivery costs are included. For in-store purchases, distance is measured between the Total Tools store and the competitor store. For online purchases, distance is measured between the delivery address and the competitor store.
