You can return your online order to any Total Tools store, subject to our standard online returns policy.
Before returning or exchanging a product, you must provide proof of purchase, including the date, price, store, and product(s) purchased.
If any of these details are missing, we will make every effort to locate them in our system.
Store staff will assess whether your return meets the necessary requirements—such as being within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging, and unused.
Please note that if the store had to special order the item from the supplier, accepting the return will be at the store’s discretion.
Refunds will be processed once the store verifies that the item is in saleable condition and contacts Online Support for approval.
Any shipping costs applied to your order will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, a restocking fee and freight charges for returning the item to the supplier may also be deducted.
