We are currently unable to process swap or exchange requests for online orders.
For orders that are still in Processing status, we can assist you with a refund for the item instead. Once the refund is processed, you will have the option to purchase your preferred item either in-store or online. The refund will be subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to return your item on your Completed status order, you can take it back to the store it was originally sent from, as long as it's within 30 days, in its original packaging, and unused. Please keep in mind that if the store had to order the item specifically for you, they may have their own policy regarding returns. The refund will be processed once the return is completed and confirmed by the store. Additionally, please note that any shipping fees applied to the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
