Unfortunately, we are unable to amend online orders. Adding products or exchanging is not possible.
However, if advised before the order has been collected by the courier we can partially refund (not send) the specified item/s.
If the order has not yet been processed
If your order has not yet been processed we will endeavour to cancel it. You would have received an email or SMS notification if the order has been picked up by the courier.
If you are able to determine the store processing your order, contacting them first would be the most efficient approach.
If the order has been processed
If you order has been processed, contacting the courier to request a "return to sender" is advisable. Rejecting the courier delivery is also another option. If the item is delivered, and is not wanted etc. the returns policy will need to be followed.
