Log in to the Insider app
Download the Insider Rewards app. On the login page, enter your email address and password.

Reset Password
Step 1. From our website login page, choose the 'Forgot your password?' option. A link to reset your password will be sent to the email you added/registered on your account.
Step 2. Check your email. If it's not in your inbox, check your Junk or Spam Folder.
Step 3. Open the email and copy & paste the provided link into your web browser. Note that the password reset link remains valid for 10 minutes. Should you encounter an expiration error within that timeframe, use a different web browser.
