Once logged in, all your invoices are stored in the invoices tab. You can filter your invoices by date. To view a printable pdf version of your invoice, select ‘Print Invoice’.
It can take up to 48 hours for an invoice to display in your app, however if you believe some or all your invoices are missing, contact us immediately at insider@totaltools.com.au
How can I view my Insider Dollars and Rewards?
You can view your Insider Dollars and Rewards within the ‘My Profile’ tab on the app. This tab displays your Insider Rewards Dashboard where you can view your Tier, Insider Dollars and Active Rewards.
Active Rewards form part of your total Insider Dollars, however they will have a shorter expiry date to your Insider Dollars earnt with purchases. Keep this in mind to ensure you redeem them before they expire!
