We deliver throughout Australia. However, we currently do not deliver to PO Box addresses and several regional/remote post codes.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products you place in your basket. We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you with a fast and affordable service. You can also opt to collect from a store free of charge.
When you place an item in your basket you will need to opt for either delivery or collect in store. If you opt for delivery the delivery charge will then be added to your basket. If you opt for collect in store you will then choose which store you would like to collect from.
The option you choose can also be changed at the checkout stage should you wish to change your mind later in the order process.

Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?
Yes. When you place your order you will have the option of putting an alternative delivery address in.
Can I collect in store or have my order delivered?
You can opt to have your order delivered or, if you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can collect it from your local Total Tool's store that has the required stock available. After you receive your 'ready to collect' email, you'll need to bring your driving license or other government issued photo ID to the store.
If you paid by credit card, the credit card used to make the purchase will also be required. The name on license must match the name on the card and the name on the order. The store will verify they match.
Why don't you deliver to PO boxes?
As stated in our terms & conditions:
ORDERS FOR DELIVERY BY COURIER
The terms of this clause apply where you select to have your goods delivered to a specified address.
The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
On acceptance of your Order by Total Tools Online, Total Tools will aim to despatch to your specified delivery address generally within 1-2 days.
You will be required to be available in person to accept delivery of your Order.
Total Tools will use its best endeavors to deliver your Order within any stated timeframes for despatch, however Total Tools does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
Total Tools Online cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
