We offer Express Delivery for eligible products subject to the following conditions:
- The product ordered is not an Obsolete Item, Clearance Item, or a Promotional Item
- Sufficient stock is available in the network to fulfill the order.
Please note that although a product may display as "in stock" on the product page, it may not be eligible for express delivery due to stock limitations at our stores. Please keep in mind that any representations made about stock availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may change. If the conditions for express delivery are not met, alternative delivery options will be presented during checkout.
We process Express Delivery orders through Australia Post Express Delivery, which covers almost all areas in Australia. However, delivery times may vary for regional areas, as follows:
- CBD and Metro : 1 to 2 business days
- Regional: 2 to 3 business days
- For NT Metro: 2 to 3 business days
- For NT Regional: 3 to 4 business days
Express Delivery is available for packages weighing up to 22kg, which is the same weight limit as AP's standard parcel service. However, the item must also meet size requirements and have a cubic dimension of less than 0.25m and a length of no more than 105cm.
In the event of a delay in the despatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
