How do Uber deliveries work?
Broken a tool or need an accessory delivered quickly and even direct to your work site? We now offer quick delivery with Uber.
When will Uber show as a delivery option?
If you're placing an order within 10km of a store that stocks your product and has coverage with Uber
Our store has ample stock availability according to our systems
The time you are placing your order is within store opening hours
Your order doesn't exceed Uber's maximum weight and dimension thresholds and fit in an Uber vehicle
The product ordered is not an Obsolete Item, Clearance Item or a Promotional Item
Your order does not exceed 2 lithium ion batteries
*Currently, Uber Delivery is NOT available to the stores below:

- Total Tools Horsham
- Total Tools Wonthaggi
- Total Tools Echuca
- Total Tools Berri
Please note that although a product may display as "In Stock" on the product page, however it may not be eligible for Uber delivery due to stock limitations at our stores or other factors as outlined above. Please keep in mind that any representations made about stock availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may change. If the conditions for Uber delivery are not met, alternative delivery options will be presented during checkout.
How to choose Uber at checkout
At checkout, if your order is eligible for your delivery address, Uber will appear as a delivery option

Continue to payment and finalise order
How will I know when my Uber delivery will arrive?
Once your order has been received and packed by the store and is ready for Uber to pick up, we'll email you an Uber an Uber tracking link to follow the driver.
You’ll also get SMS updates from Uber as your order is on the way as follows:
- Delivery Request Created (with tracking link)
- Order has been collected from the store
- Dropoff imminent (1min away)
- Dropoff complete
Be sure to meet your Uber driver at your requested location and do note that upon delivery the Uber driver will request a signature as proof of delivery.
Any missed deliveries will be returned to store.
Issues with your Uber delivery?
Uber promises delivery within 90 minutes of the order being placed. It will only be available to customers within a 10 km radius of the selected store.
In the event of a delay in the despatch of your order or any issues with your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity to make alternative arrangements.
