How long would it take to receive the e-Gift card?
The E-Gift card will be emailed to the recipient’s email address 4 hours after the purchase.
Will the e-Gift card be emailed to me?
The e-Gift card will be emailed to the recipient's email address. You can also enter your email address as the recipient's email address. This is often used when the purchaser wants to print the gift card and give it to the recipient in person.
Why does the confirmation email received have the shipping/store pickup details? (e.g. "you will receive an email when the order is shipped / ready for collection")
We are using a generic template for every online purchase. But we can confirm that the e-gift card and message will be emailed to the recipient's email address.
How long before the Gift card expires?
Both physical and e-Gift cards last for 3 years.
Can the e-Gift card be used both online and in-store?
Yes.
Can I get the e-Gift card emailed to me instead of the recipient?
Yes, you can do that by entering your email address as the recipient address.
Is there any waiting period before the e-Gift card can be used?
The gift card will only be activated (able to use) 24 hours after the purchase.
Can I buy an e-Gift card in-store?
No, you cannot. It can only be purchased on our website. However, standard gift cards that can be used in any store are able to be purchased.
Do we sell physical Gift cards in-store?
Yes, we do. We have 2 types of physical Gift cards.
- Old without yellow stripe: only valid for in-store purchases.
- New with yellow/blue stripe: both in-store and online.
I've lost my e-Gift card, can you resend it to me?
Yes, we can resend your e-Gift Card to the recipient's email address you have provided.
